Unbounded Potential LLC was built from a lifetime of experience, a decade of professional work, and a belief that support should always feel personal.
For our founder, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities has been part of life for as long as she can remember. She grew up alongside her father's work in the field and with an individual her family had guardianship of from before she was born until her passing during our founder's childhood. That relationship became an important part of her family's story and helped shape an understanding from an early age that the people we support are more than clients—they become part of our lives, our communities, and often our families.
That early experience eventually became a career. With more than 10 years of professional experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, our founder created Unbounded Potential to begin a new chapter—one built on experience, but with its own identity, vision, and future.
At Unbounded Potential, our focus is simple: create a place that feels like home, encourage independence, provide meaningful opportunities, and support each individual in building a life that feels like their own.
Because support isn't just about meeting needs. It's about helping people discover what's possible.
Every person is different. We take the time to understand each individual's preferences, abilities, routines, interests, and goals so support can be built around the person—not the other way around.
We encourage individuals to make choices, build everyday skills, take on responsibilities, and do as much for themselves as possible while having support there when they need it.
Everyone deserves more than a place to live. We want each individual to feel at home, connected to their community, valued for who they are, and supported in creating a life they enjoy.
